Hello, I'm Mai Nguyen, I'm the chef/owner of Gourmai. I love to take delicious ingredients and bundle them inside of a dumpling. I get asked a lot why I chose to build my business based on dumplings, and the answer is simple, there are endless possibilities with a dumpling. Dumplings can represent so many different cuisines and regions of the world.
